So it’s become clear that I am hopelessly addicted to the ultra wide 11-24 lens. It’s the first thing I grab, and sometimes the only focal point I bother to dial in when I am composing. This is obviously not a good thing…

This was clearly demonstrated on this morning when Handsome @pete_kendrickpulled out his 24mm lens and whooped me good (Post your shot Kendrick you fucker). I should have known better anyways, as a polarizer would be far more important to capture a scene like this, but shooting at 11 made it really hard with being that close to the spray of the falls. In the end, I managed to blend a couple shots together for the foliage (polarized) and a couple shots for the water movement (not polarized). The 11mm certainly paid off on the foreground, but I wish I had taken the time to explore a few different things. That said, I do love the foreground, which is why I bothered to process this and post it. Enjoy!
